The goods

JMC Corporation sells women's evening dresses, formal gowns, cocktail dresses and related occasion wear apparel, including associated fabric trims, appliques, linings and sizing accessories offered as part of the garment listing. Each product page describes what comes with the gown, how many pieces and in what form. Photos are for reference; packaging may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed once you finish checkout. We confirm it by email; the contract forms when we dispatch the gown. We may decline an order if stock runs short or details can't be checked, and we refund any payment in that case.

Prices and payment

Prices show in JPY and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs appear at checkout before you pay. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We may fix an obvious pricing mistake before dispatch and let you confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Our product photos show the actual gowns we ship. Colours on your screen shift with its calibration, your browser and the light around you; a small shade difference isn't a flaw and isn't grounds for a free return or compensation. Measurements, fabric and contents are listed on each product page.

Transfer of risk

The gown stays our responsibility until the courier places it in your hands, or in the hands of whoever you named at the address given. From that point, the risk of loss or damage sits with you. Note any visible transport damage with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

You may return the gown within 30 days of delivery as set out on our Returns page. Every dress is covered by the statutory conformity warranty available to consumers in Japan, guaranteeing that the garment matches its listed description, fabric composition, and stated measurements at the time of delivery. Any manufacturing defect in stitching, fabric, or embellishment reported within 30 days of delivery will be remedied by repair, replacement, or refund at JMC Corporation's discretion.

• Custom-sized, tailored, or personalized evening dresses altered to a customer's individual measurements once production or alteration has commenced.
• Made-to-order dresses produced from limited-run or seasonal fabric and trim stock with a short availability window, once the order is confirmed and cutting has begun.
• Dresses whose hygiene liner, protective sleeve, or original tags have been removed, or that show signs of wear, makeup, perfume, deodorant, or perspiration residue, excluded for hygiene and resale-safety reasons.
• Dresses permanently modified by the customer or a third party after delivery, such as hemming, resizing, or added embellishment, resulting in an inseparable alteration to the original garment.
• Digital styling guides, e-gift cards, or downloadable lookbooks that have been accessed or downloaded, which cannot be returned once opened.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the law of Japan, JMC Corporation's total liability for any claim arising from the sale or delivery of a dress is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the affected order. Nothing here limits liability that the law says can't be limited.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 to place an order. Products should be used as the label describes; they don't replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, including the Consumer Contract Act and the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, with exclusive jurisdiction assigned to the competent courts of Japan. If a disagreement can't be settled by talking with us directly, it goes to the competent court of our registered address, without affecting the consumer rights you hold in your own country.
