   How do I know which size to order?

   Each gown listing includes a measurement chart with bust, waist and length. If your measurements fall between two sizes, tell us in the order notes and we will note it before cutting.

   How is my gown packed and how do I track it?

   Gowns are folded with tissue paper into a flat protective box, not squeezed into a mailer bag. Orders placed before 14:30 on a business day are cut and packed the same day, and you get a tracking number once the parcel leaves our workroom. Exact delivery timing is on our delivery page.

   Can I return a gown if it doesn't work out?

   Yes. Unused gowns in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you keep the garment bag and tags on until you're sure, since worn items can't be accepted back.

   How do I know the silk and lace are real?

   We list the actual fiber content on every product page, mulberry silk satin, French Chantilly lace, cotton-blend lining or Italian tulle. We buy the fabric ourselves and can tell you which mill a given roll came from if you ask.
