When you order a gown, we gather what's needed to get it to you: name, delivery address, email, phone and what you ordered. We never collect or store card details on this site. As you browse, the site notes technical details, IP address, browser, pages viewed, through the cookies described below.

How long we keep it

Order data stays as long as accounting law demands, then it's deleted. Account data stays until you close your account. Analytics data stays for 14 months.

Under Japan's Act on the Protection of Personal Information (APPI), customers may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of use of their personal data, and may request disclosure of the purpose and third-party disclosures of their information. Security

JMC Corporation does not collect, store, or process any bank card data, as the store accepts only Cash on Delivery, paid directly to the courier, and Direct Bank Transfer, with details provided in the order confirmation. No payment gateway or cardholder data environment exists on this store.
