Order
Pay cash on delivery or by bank transfer. A confirmation email with your order number lands in your inbox right away.
Dispatch
Orders placed before the daily cut-off are packed and handed to an insured courier the same business day, tracking number included.
Use and return
Follow the care notes on the label. Changed your mind? You can return the gown within 30 days under the terms on the Returns page.
The standard we hold ourselves to
- Silk Cut on the Straight GrainWe cut our mulberry silk satin along the straight grain so it falls close and even, instead of twisting at the hem the way off-grain cuts do.
- French Lace Set by HandLace panels are trimmed and basted in by hand along necklines and sleeves, so the motifs line up instead of stopping mid-pattern.
- Every Gown Steamed Before DispatchEach finished gown is steamed, checked for loose threads, and the closures tested before it goes into its box.
- Straight From Our Workroom to Your DoorGowns are folded with tissue into a flat protective box and sent straight from our workroom, with a tracking number for every parcel.
Common questions
How do I know which size to order?Each gown listing includes a measurement chart with bust, waist and length. If your measurements fall between two sizes, tell us in the order notes and we will note it before cutting.
How is my gown packed and how do I track it?Gowns are folded with tissue paper into a flat protective box, not squeezed into a mailer bag. Orders placed before 14:30 on a business day are cut and packed the same day, and you get a tracking number once the parcel leaves our workroom. Exact delivery timing is on our delivery page.
Can I return a gown if it doesn't work out?Yes. Unused gowns in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. We ask that you keep the garment bag and tags on until you're sure, since worn items can't be accepted back.
