Step-by-Step Daily Best Practices

Hang the gown on a padded hanger rather than a wire one, since a wire hanger can leave a permanent dent in silk at the shoulders. Keep it in a breathable garment bag rather than sealed plastic, which can trap moisture against the fabric. If the hem picks up dust, a soft brush is usually enough, and any deeper cleaning is best left to a cleaner familiar with silk and lace construction.

Return Window and Getting Help After Delivery

If something about the fit or fabric isn't right straight out of the box, unused gowns in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Once a gown has been worn, it falls outside that window, so we recommend trying it on carefully with the tags still attached before deciding.
